  1. Chopped radish + oil + salt, baked at 400 degrees for 35 minutes until soft
  2. Mushroom + salt, baked at 400degrees for 25 minutes until semi wilted
  3. Sweet potatoes + oil + salt, baked 400 degrees for 40 minutes
  4. Mix veggies with oil, salt spread out on baking tray
  5. At 400 degrees for 15 minutes
  6. Chopped shallot
  7. Sauted shallot in oil and salt until soft
